Frequently Asked Questions

    • Session fees are $225 for a 55-minute session and $335 for an 85-minute extended session.

    • Finding the right therapist is an important part of meaningful therapy. To support that process, I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation so we can explore whether we may be a good fit.

    • I am an out of network provider, which means I do not bill insurance directly.  I’m happy to provide a superbill for clients who wish to submit a claim to insurance for out of network services. 

  • Yes, I offer both in person sessions in San Luis Obispo, or telehealth anywhere in California.

    • Clients interested in EMDR Intensives are encouraged to schedule a 15-minute consultation to assess fit and readiness. Given the depth and pace of intensive work, participation requires either current therapeutic support or prior experience in therapy.

    • Intensive sessions are offered at $700 for a half-day (Fridays), or $1,500 for a two-session intensive, typically held over consecutive days (Friday and Saturday).
